About Our Worship...
Evening Vespers
5:30 pm Saturdays
This service gives people the opportunity to worship in a smaller,
intimate setting on Saturday evenings. The congregation gathers
around the the altar from the Eucharistic prayers through the closing
hymn. Music will be accompanied on the piano and will be a blended
style of traditional hymns and newer songs. For a prayerful worship,
join us at our Saturday Evening Vespers.
Youth Celebration
7 pm Saturdays (once a month)
Good Shepherd's resident youth band, "Called", leads worship
for youth and all the young at heart. Electric guitars and drums
accompany the contemporary Christian music, and our youth lead worship.
Services are normally held the 2nd Saturday
of each month. See the STAFF or the bulletin board or call the office
for the schedule. Join us for an exciting Youth Celebration!
Classic Praise
8:30 am Sundays
The beautiful music of our rich traditions is the focus of this
service. It will include organ and piano with additions from classical
instruments such as flute, violin, and clarinet. If you enjoy a
more traditional worship service, join us for Classic Praise!
Contemporary Celebration
11 am Sundays
Our 11 o'clock service will include music from recently composed
praise songs in addition to classic favorites. Piano, guitars, flute,
violin, percussion, and other instruments may often lead us in worship.
For variety in worship and a simpler service, come to our Contemporary
Celebration!
