Organizational Structure

The congregation elects the council. The council is responsible for the church’s vision. They work closely with Pastor to ensure that the vision is implemented through his strategic plan for ministry.

Our ministry and vision are accomplishedby our commission directors through the five commissions above.

Each of the five commission directors use various types of teams and other staff, where necessary, to fulfill their ministry objectives and goals. Mutual Ministry Teams may be created to assist the directors or other staff by the Congregational Council.
