Worship & CelebrationDave Seltzer Dave grew up in various parts of Ohio (like Miamisburg, Warren, and Youngstown) and graduated from Wittenberg University. He and his wife, Angie, have been members of Good Shepherd since 2006 where he enjoys singing in the choir. He owns his own home movie transfer business, Seltzer Productions. Life Long LearningDon Bennett Don grew up in Massillon, OH and has been involved in various youth ministries over the years. He served a church in Paynesville, MN for two years, and was on the staff at Lutheran Memorial Camp for multiple years. Don has been in his position at Good Shepherd for nine years. Parish Life & ResponseMary Ann Sauer Mary Ann Sauer has lived in Dayton all her life. She graduated from University of Dayton with a degree in Home Economics and Education. She taught home economics in Dayton until her children were born and then taught as a substitute while her children were in school. She then taught at Good Shepherd Preschool until it closed. She and her husband Bob live in Kettering and have two sons and daughters-i- law and four grandchildren, all in the Dayton area. Witness & OutreachRoger Bauser Roger and his wife Pam were born and raised in Kettering. They are long-time members of Good Shepherd, both graduates of Capital University, and both teach in the Kettering City Schools. Resource ManagementJim Kempf Jim Kempf was born in Nebraska and moved to the Dayton area with his family at the age of four. He has lived in the Dayton area most of his life. He graduated from Kettering University (GMI) with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. Jim and his wife, Debbie, live in Sugarcreek Township and have one daughter living in the Dayton area and a son attending college.
