This year's annual campout was moved from the original dates of July 30 - Aug
1, to Oct. 1-3, and what a good decision it was. 
It
ended up raining most of the original weekend. The weather was simply wonderful
on the new date, although it did get a little nippy Saturday night.
The campout was attended by the Stutruds and the Bennetts and was once again
held at Heuston Woods State Park. On Saturday, we went to Heuston Woods annual
Apple Butter Festival where we enjoyed good food and an excellent demonstration
of how a Union Squad from the civil war operated. On Saturday night we had a
shared meal as is our tradition.
