Ministry Opportunities

HIS Day

HIS Day is a monthly meeting of women interested in crafts and handiwork that benefit Lutheran World Relief, Lutheran Social Services, and local charities. They usually meet the fourth Thursday of each month, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

World Day of Prayer

Each spring Good Shepherd women join other Christian women in an international day of prayer.

Sunshine Committee

This group of women support bereaved or seriously ill people and their families by providing funeral luncheons, transportation to medical appointments, meals brought into homes, etc.
