Resource Development

The purpose of the Resource Development commission is to manage all resources of this congregation and to create an environment conducive for worship, study, and fellowship. Resources include facilities, financial and real property, and the talents of this congregation. Specific responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to communications and publications of this congregation, adequate maintenance of all property including the buildings and other facilities and professional growth of staff members.

Establish and run a system to manage the use of church facilities
Be responsible for the upkeep and use of the buildings and grounds of the congregation
Manage the financial resources and obligations of this ongregation
Provide for the care, maintenance, scheduling, and security of all technology equipment, including phones, computers, audio and video equipment
Maintain the parish records
Provide professional growth of staff members
