Preparation for Sewer Damage Repairs
On Sunday, May 31, approximately 24 volunteers worked from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. to clear the Choir Room of everything so work to rehabilitate the area could begin at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday morning. Choir robes and chairs were carried up to the old choir room in the balcony. Mirrors were removed from the wall, bookcases were relocated, and everything of possible value was moved to the old pr-school area. In addition, as many as a hundred boxes were formed and filled with hymnals, music, and a miscellaneous assortment of things like glass candle covering bulbs and trophies. The Christmas tree and ornaments were a struggle, but were successfully moved.
Many thanks for a job well done to those who were able to help.

Water fun88 viewsOne of our evening activities was spent at a "water park". The water park was built by a man in his backyard out of a spring-fed stream. While it wasn't "The Beach", the youth had a lot of fun there.
